June 2017: Piper's latest book was published by Routledge: Contract and Procurement Fraud Investigation Guidebook.
June 2016: Piper taught, "The Piper Method of Conducting Thorough and Complete Investigations" at the 27th Annual, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners' (ACFE) Global Fraud Conference in Las Vegas, NV.
March 2016: Piper's book, Healthcare Fraud Investigation Guidebook was published by CRC Press.
August 2015: Stratford Career Institute updated its Private Investigator course to include 2 of its 4 modules from Charles Piper's book, Investigator and Fraud Fighter Guidebook: Operation War Stories. (See Press Release)
June 2014: The ACFE presented Charles Piper with an Outstanding Achievement Award (the Hubbard Award) at the ACFE's Global Fraud Conference held in San Antonio, Texas.

PRIOR FEDERAL SERVICE
September 2008: Charles Piper retired from Federal Service after serving 20 years as a Federal Special Agent. His office assignments included: Las Vegas, NV; Orlando, FL and Memphis, TN. Numerous awards received including Special Agent of the Year.
Prior to becoming a Federal Agent, Piper served as a Supervisor Detective, City Police Officer, U.S. Army Military Police Investigator, Squad Leader and M.P. Patrolman.
